LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most prestigious and widely recognized green building rating system globally. Achieving the Gold level specifically in the Building Design and Construction category proves that Oriental Square has carried a green, eco-friendly "DNA" right from its early architectural foundations.

With a dedication to creating an ideal workspace that balances modern business life with nature, Oriental Square has excellently met the strict criteria of the USGBC through refined design highlights:

  • Maximizing Natural Light: The high-quality glass facade surrounding the building not only offers stunning panoramic views of West Lake and the Starlake urban area but also ensures the interior workspace is always flooded with sunlight. This significantly reduces the reliance on artificial lighting.
  • Caring for Community Health: Putting people at the center, the building places special emphasis on air quality. A modern filtration system ensures fresh air is constantly circulated, providing a pure, refreshing breathing environment that protects the health of all personnel working here.
  • Eco-Friendly and Resource-Saving: The building prioritizes the use of safe building materials, alongside smart sanitary fixtures that help maximize water and energy conservation throughout its long-term operation.

A representative from OSI Holdings, the project developer, shared:  "Oriental Square receiving the LEED Gold certification is a clear testament to our commitment to building premium workspaces that do not compromise our responsibility to the environment. We believe that a green building will be a solid foundation for individuals to work happier and businesses to thrive."

Beyond environmental values, Oriental Square scores highly with corporate tenants thanks to its smart floor plan design. Featuring flexible floor areas, a completely column-free design, and standard 100mm raised floors, the building grants businesses maximum freedom to establish an open, modern workspace while optimizing the usable area.

Currently, Oriental Square is officially operational and managed to international standards by Savills Vietnam. OSI Holdings has also relocated its corporate headquarters to the 16th floor of the building, serving as a strong affirmation of the construction quality. With its green-certified Grade A spaces rapidly being filled by Multinational Corporations and FDI enterprises, Oriental Square is ready to provide optimal floor plan solutions, accompanying businesses in creating prosperous new chapters in the Tay Ho Tay economic hub.

Corporate occupiers interested in a LEED Gold-certified workspace are invited to contact the Leasing Management directly to receive the latest floor plans and incentive policies.
