PROGRESS UPDATE FOR ORIENTAL SQUARE GRADE A OFFICE BUILDING DEVELOPED BY OSI HOLDINGS - DECEMBER 28, 2024

Currently, the project is under construction, focusing on columns and walls from floors 1 to 4, floor 5, and beams/slabs for floors 2, 3, and 4, as well as the technical floor:

1. Completed Structural Works:
   • Columns and walls were constructed on the 6th floor.
   • December 28, 2024: Concrete pouring for beams and slabs on the 7th floor.
2. Finishing Works:
   • Basement waterproofing for levels B1 and B2 has been completed.
   • Ongoing tiling work in B1 basement restrooms.
3. MEP and Firefighting Works:
   • 95% of electrical and low-voltage wiring has been completed in basements B1, B2, and B3.
   • Firefighting system fabrication is ongoing in basements B2 and B3.

The Oriental Square Grade A Office Building Project is located at plot H2CC1 in the central area of Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The project is invested by Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) as the project developer.

Oriental Square is a Grade A office building designed and operated to meet LEED Gold standards (a green building certification by the U.S. Green Building Council). The project has achieved two prestigious awards: Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2024, organized by PropertyGuru. The building ensures green, sustainable, and environmentally friendly design while providing efficient and modern functionality.
