On March 7, 2025, the Grade A office building Oriental Square, developed by OSI Holdings, is currently under construction, focusing on the columns and walls of the 9th floor, as well as the beams/slabs for floors 12, 12A, and the technical floor:
Structural Work
• Concrete has been poured for the slab beams on the 12A floor.
• Concrete pouring for the slab beams on the 14th floor is expected on 10/03/2025.
Finishing Work
• Waterproofing has been completed, and walls for basements B1, B2, B3 have been built.
• Finished tiling and interior work for the B1 basement WC (sample).
• Finished tiling in the elevator lobby of the B1 basement (sample).
• Plastering in the B1 basement is 90% complete; plastering has started in B2 and B3, with about 15% completed.
• Wall construction on the 1st floor is 95% complete.
• Wall construction on the 2nd and 3rd floors is 55% complete.
• Wall construction on the 6th floor is 90% complete.
Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire Protection Work
• Electrical and low-voltage conduit installation in the B1, B2, and B3 basements is 95% complete.
• Ventilation system installation in the B2 and B3 basements is 95% complete.
• Ventilation system installation in the B1 basement is 95% complete.
• MEP system installation (electrical cables, ducts, air conditioning copper pipes, condensate drainage, water supply and drainage lines, etc.) on floors 1-7 is about 65% complete.
• Fire protection handrail installation on the 6th floor is 90% complete.
• Fire protection handrail installation on the 7th floor is 70% complete.
• Preparing for the electrical and mechanical work on the 9th and 10th floors.
7 Oriental Square Grade A office building is located on plot H2CC1, in the central area of the Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The project is invested in by Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) as the project developer.
