ORIENTAL SQUARE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – 05.07.2025

Oriental Square by OSI Holdings is undergoing a steady transformation. The glass installation and exterior stone cladding are progressing rapidly, remaining firmly on track for handover in Q4 2025.

Key milestones:

1. Structure & Finishing:

• Structure: 100% completed

• Finishing: Brickwork 98%, plastering 95%, other finishing works 73%

2. Elevators:

• The elevator installation has been completed, and the fire-fighting elevator has been inspected and certified

3. MEP & Fire Protection:

• MEP systems: Basement works 98% complete; upper floors 95% (connection works in progress).

• Fire protection systems: 98% of works completed.

4. Façade:

• Glazing package: 100% of the glass and 100% of the aluminum have arrived in Vietnam. On-site installation has reached 75%

• Stone cladding: 100% of exterior stone and 100% of elevator stone have been delivered; exterior stone installation progress is at 58%.

5. Show Unit:

• The show unit is scheduled for full completion after 5 July.
